FAR-WESTERN AGRO GIANT LIMITED announced vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Dadeldhura/Kathmandu. Under the direct supervision of Board of Directors (BoD), he/she will be responsible for the overall business strategy and success. 

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive position of this company. Even though the responsibilities may vary, he/she is generally responsible for the overall success, growth, and development of the entire company. Company is looking for an experienced person to join our team! Your role will be crucial to the success of our company, as you will be giving all the strategic directions to the team across the whole company. We want our CEO to be a motivator and a great leader. We also need you to be able to see the big picture and think out of the box. 

Expected responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer (CEO):

• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans
• Ensure strategy alignment with objectives
• Lead with an example and motivate subordinates
• Encourage employee engagement
• Train a high performing managerial team
• Oversee all operations and business activities
• Make high-quality investing decisions
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
• Ensure the company’s complicity with legal and business ethics
• Review financial and non-financial reports
• Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution 
• Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders
• Maintain contact with important shareholders
• Train, motivate and lead others
• Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions 
• Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends
• Lead the agro company in compliance with government Directives
• Periodic reporting to BoD and other line agencies/stakeholders about the company activities and financial positions.
• Develop proposals, reports, guidelines, policies and directives for the organization, conduct meetings, carry out public audits/monitoring and evaluation activities in periodic basis.
• Perform other duties as suggested by the BoD as required

Requirements for Chief Executive Officer (CEO):

• At least 3 years of working experience as a head of the programme/project or worked as a manager in government/non-government agency.
• MA from a recognized university in business administration or economics or sociology or similar relevant discipline.
• Experience in developing, planning and implementing successful strategies
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles
• Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR etc.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
